We offer a 1-month trial of the software to help you decide if CustomsNet meets your operational needs. Please contact us to arrange for a download and allocation of a trial license.

One time configuration, set-up, testing, 1 month free Service Calls after go-live during business hours, plus first year’s license: $3,500.00*
Annual License Renewal: $1,500.00*. You will be notified prior to subscription renewal.
Licensing fee includes 5 support calls per year within business hours. After that, service calls are $100* per incident (no charge if fault is attributed to the CustomsNet software itself).

Contact us for more information. We can provide demo licensing for you to try out CustomsNet. Each environment (test\production) can be registered on a different machine. Depending on your needs, we offer support packages that suit your production requirements including hosting access on your behalf if you prefer not to run CustomsNet ‘in-house’. We also provide a range of deployment options, depending on the number of terminals and clients you support.
We’ll work with you to follow up with Canada Customs as required in the event of an outage.
